Children(age 14 & above) will be awarded 4 hours of Volunteer time if helping out in this session.
Course description:
1. Family and Friends CPR Course teaches the life saving skills of adult hands-only CPR, Child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR with breaths and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant.
2. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-teaching technique, which provides participants with most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
3. Family Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not require a certification card in CPR for their job. The class normally cost $35.00 per person, but this session is provided free of cost to community by Volunteers of IANA-A. Please register by using the Form below for this class.
